The passion to create something beautiful that not only pleases the eyes but also the appetite has always been my motivating factor while working in the kitchen. The iced and frosted cakes seemed to be the best way of doing that. Having no formal training, I learn from the books, other websites, my friends and of course by my own experimentation.
